It’s not often I do this, but I am sharing the details for my weightloss blog. It’s taken a couple of weeks for me to get it running with anything worthwhile in it but it’s more for personal reflection and to help me stay on the straight and narrow.
I follow simple old fashioned basic rules with the help of Slimming World. Lean meats, lots of fruit and veggies, home cooked meals, limited milk, low fat or fat free dairy, less processed and ready meals. It’s simple. It’s what we all know deep down, just for some of us – Myself especially, I just need that back up support of a slimming club.
So, I am happy to share, I am happy to keep it public, so please be nice. I am incredibly honest about my weight, my achievements and what I want to achieve but I am doing this for me.
